My Smart Grandkids update on Coronavirus (COVID-19):
My Smart Grandkids are now scheduling appointments. We are following COVID-19 guidelines by wearing masks into each appointment and practicing safe social distancing.
We understand that even with these safety precautions in place, some people continue to be uncomfortable with face to face meetings. To address this, we have the ability to install a Remote Access Application on our customer's computers which allows us to be granted access into your computer (access granted each time for security) and provide tech support and assistance from a remote location.
