My Smart Grandkids are now scheduling appointments. We are following COVID-19 guidelines by wearing masks into each appointment and practicing safe social distancing.

To address this, we have the ability to install a Remote Access Application on our customer's computers which allows us to be granted access into your computer (access granted each time for security) and provide tech support and assistance from a remote location.
