Before We Arrive
To make the most of your visit, please have:
Internet service ordered at your new address. If your provider needs to send an installer, please have that done before our visit. If you have a self-install kit, just keep it handy. We'll set up the equipment and call the provider with you if it needs activating.
Your provider's equipment on hand: the modem or router and any cable boxes your internet or TV company sent you (or that you picked up). We can't set up internet or TV without them.
The account holder available, in person or by phone, in case we need to call your internet or phone company.
Your devices unpacked and in place, with their remotes.
All cables and cords kept with each device: power cords, TV and cable-box (HDMI) cables, internet cables and phone cords. Missing a cable? Tell us when you book, and we'll bring what's needed. Cables and power strips we bring are charged at cost plus 25%.
Power strips or outlets near your TVs and computer. We can't add outlets, but if you need power strips, tell us when you book and we'll purchase and bring them.
A list of your service providers (internet, cable/TV, phone, security monitoring), with each company's phone number and your account number, in case we need to call them.
Your passwords handy for your Wi-Fi provider, streaming services and Apple or Google account.

*Times are estimates only. They vary with your home and your setup. Your package price stays the same however long the visit takes.

We handle the technology, not the tools. We plug in, connect, set up and test. We don't mount TVs or install doorbells, locks, thermostats or wiring; a handyman can do that before we arrive.

Need more? Extra devices, moving files to a new computer, email setup, medical alert setup and other help are available at our regular rate of $95 per hour.

Travel fee: free within 25 minutes of North Raleigh; $15–$35 farther out (up to 50 minutes).
